Since its establishment in 1989, 21st Century Steel Homes has evolved from
a mid-sized construction company into
a major Manufacturer and Supplier of
Quality Welded Steel Framing materials.

Such a transition was only made possible through a solid partnership and a mutual dedication to hard work and commitment from Directors Jay and Gloria Saeedi.

As a result, 21st Century Steel Homes
now has a firm grip on the steel framing industry throughout the South East Queensland and the Northern NSW.

Mr. Jay Saeedi received his Bachelor of Technology in Building and Construction from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.


He also undertook further studies throughout Europe and Australia towards a further understanding of Organisational Behaviour and Marketing strategies.

Mrs. Gloria Saeedi has a strong background in Book Keeping and Accounting practices, subsequently
she has been managing the financial affairs of the company along with Mr. Saeedi.

From their early beginnings, Jay
and Gloria spent the period between 1989 and 1999 contracting and building individual houses and commercial buildings.

After years of hard-work and persistence their efforts culminated in the development of display homes in Edens Landing, Gaven Heights, Monterey Keys, Arundel, Oxenford,
Labrador and Runaway Bay Lagoon.
