CRS - this allows all Plumbing to pass through the ceiling without having
to
drop the ceilings or having Bulk Heads.
* 300mm Webbed Bearers and 125mm Top Hat Section Joists to High Set Houses on difficult blocks for easy site assembly.
* Load Bearing and Non-Load Bearing Walls to Single or Double Storey
Houses with Studs at 450 CRS or 600 CRS. All required Bracings, Window Heads, Door Heads and Noggins are in place, Fully Welded, and ready for Site Fixing. All Load-Bearing Walls have a 1.5mm Stiffened Top-Plate to achieve Maximum Strength.
