FRAMECAD Cold Formed Steel
All of our framing components including studs, plates, noggins ,truss cords, webbings are rolled in our factory using Framecad machine with 0.75 mm or 0.95 mm thick steel by BlueScope.
All components are fixed using engineer grade screws by Framecad to achieve a framing system that is superior without any movements , requiring no maintenances for life.

Walls
Load bearing and non load bearing walls to single and double story houses with studs at 450 or 600 CRS, all required bracings, windows heads, door heads and noggins are in place ready for site fixing.
Trusses
Trusses, rafters and hips to create a full roof framing system, for any design using 0.75 or 0.95 mm (depending on engineering calculations) top and bottom cords. All trusses are engineered , carefully detailed and manufactured to suit the design requirements.
Flooring System
Webbed bearers and joists are madee using 0.95 mm material, for maximum quality and strength. This unique flooring system for two story houses allows all the plumbing pipes to pass through the ceiling without having bulk heads.
Structural Beams
Structural beams using various size PFC and universal beams to suit the engineering design. Hot dipped galvanized where exposed.
Duragal Posts
Duragal steel posts with top and bottom plates for high set homes fully engineered to suit the required heights.
